PURPOSE:To decrease a number of times for testing a pressure of water by performing a water pressure test after completion of interior finish work with a water pressure test header connected to a hot water supply pipe and at the time of work finished of a building in a condition that a hot water header is connected. CONSTITUTION:In a stage finishing body work of a building, a sheath pipe 1 is arranged inserting to its inside a hot water supply pipe 2 after completion of interior finish work of a floor and a wall, and a water pressure test header 3 is mounted confirming by a water pressure test the leakage of water in a connection part of the hot water pipe 2 to an elbow 5 and a faucet socket 8. The test header 3 is removed here mounting a hot water supply header 11 connected to a hot water supplier 10 connecting to its detecting port a hand pump performing the second time water pressure test, and the building is completed in its work and delivered by confirming the leakage of water with a side of the hot water supplier 10 and a side of faucets 13. In this way, an expense can be reduced.
