PURPOSE:To suppress rolling of a double ended piston, by mooring two pairs of rolls to the opposite sides of a longitudinal center line of a double end piston while shifting slightly. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of cylinder bores 4 are made in parallel with a rotary shaft 3 at the front side and rear side in a cylinder block 16 such that they are paired while holding a cam chamber 5 between them. A double ended piston 8 is fitted reciprocally in respective cylinder bores 4, and a disc cam 13 secured to the rotary shaft 3 to be waved is arranged rotatably in the cam chamber 5. Here, two pairs of rolls 14F, 14R are moored between the disc cam 13 and the double ended piston 8 at the opposite sides of a longitudinal center line (b) of the double ended piston 8 while shifting slightly. Consequently, under the state where the double ended piston 8 reached to the top dead center or the bottom dead center, said rolls 14F, 14R function to suppress rolling of the double ended piston 8.
