PURPOSE:To obtain the subject beverage containing specific amounts of fish.calcium and fruit juice of a sour orange in a beverage, capable of utilizing the sour orange of low utilization value and simultaneously having refreshing taste of sourness and bitterness of the sour orange without any fishy smell. CONSTITUTION:The objective beverage containing about =20mg fish.calcium and about 20-50% fruit juice of a sour orange in 200ml beverage. Furthermore, about =20mg fish.calcium and 20-50% fruit juice of the sour orange may be contained in 140 ml fish.calcium dressing to afford the objective fish.calcium dressing.
