PURPOSE: To provide a decomposable and absorbable screw and a bone joint plate system which can prevent the stability of fixation of a broken bone from being early lost. CONSTITUTION: A decomposable and absorbable screw comprises a threaded shank part 1 adapted to be inserted in a bone, and a head part 3 firmly fastened into a thread hole 12 in a bone joint plate 20, the diameter of the head part 3 being increased in a direction remote from the shank part 1, and the head part 3 being formed in at least a part of the outer surface of the head part 3 with a three-dimensional structure 4.
