PURPOSE:To facilitate peeling of an unexposed part prior to developing and to shorten the time of development processing as well as to decrease the fatigue of a developing soln. by providing an adhesive agent layer which is improved in adhesive strength by irradiation of active rays between a photosensitive resin layer and a base. CONSTITUTION:The photosensitive resin layer is provided via the adhesive agent layer (A) on the base. The layer A is formed of a compsn. which is improved in the adhesive strength by exposing by a chemical lamp or the like. The compsn. prepd. by compounding a photopolymerizable monomer such as multifunctional acrylate and if necessary, a photopolymn. initiator, etc., with synthetic rubber such as styrene/butadiene copolymer is usable for the layer A. The printing plate is formed by subjecting the above-mentioned plate material to exposing, lancing the material along the pattern of the decolored and exposed part except the unexposed part which is made to remain slightly and peeling only the unexposed part from the base along the lancing, then subjecting the same to development processing.
