PURPOSE:To even hardness by repeating pressurizing and depressurizing by a unit of block composed of a specified number of disk-formed sheet-like members, and manufacturing a lamination roll by the unit of block. CONSTITUTION:Flanges 5 are fixed to a shaft main body 2 provided with fine ports on an outer periphery thereof, while a block made by superposing a specified number of sheet materials 1 is inserted in the shaft main body 2. Pressurizing and depressurizing are excerted thereon in order to recover the compression to a certain extent and attain a temporary tightening condition. Temporary tightening of the block is succeedingly performed several times. The compression is not recovered even under a depressurized condition, which is a reference condition where the first block reaches preset hardness. Against the reference, then the compression processing ratio of the next block is determined. A number of blocks are sequantially processed with the compression ratio. The final block is press-fitted by pressurizing through a guide post 6 provided on the shaft main body 2, and a locking nut 7 is screwed thereon for terminating the manufacture.
