PURPOSE: To provide roof tile fixing soil simple to handle, having high strength and not washed away by rainwater in order to achieve the solution of the treatment problem of waterwork sludge being industrial waste, the effective utilization of resources and the reduction of waste. ;CONSTITUTION: Slaked lime, fibrous matter, a binder and a curing retarder are mixed with waterwork sludge and a proper amount of water is added to the resulting mixture under stirring to form kneaded soil like matter which is, in turn, placed in a nitrogen atmosphere, a vacuum atmosphere or an atmosphere near to vacuum to be sufficiently aged.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
