Water glass-cement-based grout

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain the title grout material surely solidifying in the ground by taking advantage of thixotropic phenomena after long hours, having excellent long-term solidification strength by using water glass having low molar ratio prepared by blending water glass with an alkali hydroxide. CONSTITUTION:Water glass is blended with an alkali hydroxide comprising sodium hydroxide or potassium hydroxide to give water glass having low molar ratio adjusted to 1.0-2.4 molar ratio. The water glass is used and blended with lime such as slaked lime or quick lime, if necessary, to give a water-glass- cement based grout material.
