PURPOSE: To immediately tilt a back bottom in case of emergency such as power failure. ;CONSTITUTION: When power failure occurs or the condition of a patient becomes bad on the way of the erection of a back bottom 3 or in the erected state of the back bottom 3, the restriction state of a cooperation member 10 and a horizontal shaft 9 is released by pulling out a pin member 11 to release the horizontal shaft 9 to separate an arm member 12 from a first base frame 3U and the back bottom 3 is tilted while supported by a gas spring 5.
