GROUND AIR CONDITIONER FOR AIR PLANE HAVING HIGH PRESSURE AIR SUPPLYING SYSTEM

PURPOSE: To provide a small-sized, light-weight and space-saved air conditioner and to improve a working efficiency. ;CONSTITUTION: As a device for blowing cooled or heated air for use in cooling or heating operation to an air plane, there are provided a blower 1, a pre-cooler 3, an evaporator 4, a heater 5, a fan 7 for the pre-cooler and a driving source 10. A lower part of a cooling duct 11 is provided with a water tank 12 for accumulating condensed water separated from air through an evaporator 4. As a device for feeding high pressure air for use in operating various valves within an air plane, there is provided an air compressor 44. This air compressor 44 is driven by the driving source 10. A heat exchanger 42 is installed within the water tank 12. High pressure air of high temperature discharged out of the air compressor 44 is heat exchanged with the condensed water at the heat exchanger 42.
