PURPOSE:To eliminate vibration by cutting the established pavement layer at both sides of a groove for laying sprinkling block bodies in accordance with both the inclined side surfaces of the block bodies, filling sand, pebbles, or the like in the cut clearance, and then paving the cut part. CONSTITUTION:A water pipe 3 is buried inside a block body (a) which has an almost flat top surface 1 and inclining surfaces 2 being wider gradually toward the lower side, and plural sprinkling nozzles 4 are erected to the water pipe 3. Then, while the block body (a) is laid in a laying groove 9 at the level same as the upper surface of an established pavement layer 11, the layer 11 at both sides of the laying groove 9 is cut off the width almost same as the width of the clearance 12, and after the sand 13, the pebbles, or the like is filled in the clearance 12, a new pavement layer 14 is formed at the upper side of the block body (a) and at the cut part of the layer 11. And, the vibration when an automobile passes is eliminated by the block body (a) made up in the section of a trapezoid and the sand 13. The vibration can be eliminated, consequently.
