PURPOSE: To increase the strength of an inorg. wall material surface layer and prevent the blocking between the wall materials stacked by using a one- component primer. ;CONSTITUTION: An inorg. wall material 10 comprises a porous inorg. substrate 2, a primer layer 3 formed on the substrate 2, and the second primer layer 11 formed on the primer layer 3. The primer layer 3 is formed from an aq. dispersion of a water-dispersible isocyanate oligomer, and part of the primer layer 3 penetrates into the substrate 2. The second primer layer 11 is formed from an aq. dispersion of a polymer having a glass transition point of 0-80°C and obtd. from unsatd. monomers.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
