PURPOSE:To improve workability and controllability of applying work in order to make no need of troublesome maintaining work to prevent wax solidification by making a tube nozzle of a base flowing hole to be closed by pinching and opened freely by a liquid supplying system on hand. CONSTITUTION:A base 4 to which a cloth 9 for applying a liquid to a floor B is attached is set at the tip of a grip handle 1 and a closing system 15 to open and close a liquid flowing route 16 communicating a flowing out hole 6 of the base 4 with a liquid container 13 attached to the base 4 or the grip handle 1 is installed. As a liquid supplying system on hand to pinch and close a plurality of soft tube nozzles 18 installed in the base flowing hole 6 and to open them freely, a lever 20 attached to the base end of the grip handle 1 and pressure boards 23, 24 to pinch and close and open the nozzle 18 through the lever 20 and a connector 21 are installed. As a result, workability and controllability of applying work is improved and at the same time, troublesome maintenance work for preventing wax solidification becomes no need.
