Time compensation is performed with a compensation part 7 so that an output signal at a time when optical path differences for each element in the block are same may be added in an addition part 8 and an operation processing part 6 for conducting Fourier transform of addition output caused by the addition part 8 in response to the block and processing it is equipped.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
