PURPOSE: To obtain a pneumatic type apparatus for mottled dyeing capable of industrially performing the mottled dyeing rich in individualization. ;CONSTITUTION: This pneumatic type apparatus for mottled dyeing is characterized by installing a loopy fabric circulating treating passage composed of a header part 3, a transfer pipe 5 having a fluid jetting part 4 and a retaining tank 6 having one end connected to the header part 3 and the other end connected to the transfer pipe 5 so as to transfer fabric 21 with an air stream jetted from an air stream circuit 9 on the fluid jetting part 4, connecting dye preparing baths 16, (16a) and (16b) to a treating liquid circuit 13, feeding a dye liquor to a gas-liquid mixing part 12 and intermittently feeding the dye liquor according to a program. The dyeing can be carried out with the dye liquor sprayed from the treating liquid circuit for a prescribed time within a prescribed range according to the computer control and the mottled dyeing rich in individualization can be performed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
