PURPOSE: To provide an alarming tool to notify distress reliably when the distress is caused to a vessel or in a winter mountain. ;CONSTITUTION: An alarming sheet 10 has a ground color 1 being a unicolor or a combination of plural colors recognizable easily by discriminating it from a surrounding environment, and has emergency alarming colored characters 2 such as SOS distinguishable clearly from this ground color, and a buoyancy applying member having a large number of grid shape air layers is attached to the surrounding edge part and the bar part, and a fluorescent or reflective attaching member 4 is attached at least to both edge parts in the lengthwise direction, and the alarming sheet 10 is formed, and mooring ropes 5 are provided in the lower two corners, and balloon installing ropes 6 are provided in the upper two corners.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
