PURPOSE: To reduce the load of a screw, and provide a long-term service life with a small size. ;CONSTITUTION: First and second blocks 11, 12 having shaft holes 14, 15 connected to a power shovel car through pins on the upper part, connecting holes 19, 20 parallel to the shaft holes 14, 15 in the central side part, and hook parts 23 having mounting holes in the direction opposite to the connecting holes 19, 20 are rotatably connected to each other by a connecting pin 13 in the back-to-back state.
