摘要

PURPOSE: To obtain the subject compound which is useful as an intermediate for medicines and agrochemicals in high efficiency with easy isolation and purification from readily available starting substances, by effecting the reaction between a specific hydrosilane and a specific nitrile in the presence of a platinum compound. ;CONSTITUTION: A hydrosilane of formula I (Y is arylene, alkylene; R1 to R4 are alkyl, aryl, aralkyl, H) such as 1,2-bis(dimethylsilyl)benzene and a nitrile of formula II (R5, R6 are H, alkyl) such as acetonitrile are allowed to react in the presence of a platinum compound such as tetrakis(diphenylphosphine) platinum to give the objective compound of formula III. The reaction of the compound of formula I with a nitrile of R7CN (R7 is aryl) gives N,1-bissilylimine derivative of formula IV.
