PURPOSE: To solve trouble on processes until strength is displayed at a time when a method of post-tensioning construction is applied while omitting cost required for a grouting. ;CONSTITUTION: Half PCa beams 2 formed in U-shaped cross sections are arranged continuously among a plurality of columns 1, the half PCa beams are joined mutually by primary concrete or a joining means such as the welding of steel sheets in zones surrounded by the columns 1 and panels 1a, and PC steel wires 6 are disposed in the cavity sections of the half PCa beams 2 and stretched.
