FLAT PERFORATED PLATE CHANGING MECHANISM FOR FORMING NOODLES MADE OF DEVIL'S-TONGUE AND THEIR PRODUCTION

PURPOSE: To provide a flat perforated plate changing mechanism for forming noodles made of devil's-tongue capable of efficiently producing noodles made of devil's-tongue while always throwing a fixed amount of filamentous paste into a boiling bath without interrupting the throwing-in of the filamentous paste to the boiling bath even during change of a clogged forming flat perforated plate and to supply a method for producing noodles made of devil's-tongue. ;CONSTITUTION: This flat perforated plate changing mechanism is equipped with a first and a second forming parts 16a and 16b having a forming flat perforated plate 32 for making a filamentous paste, a boiling bath 18 for heating the filamentous paste released from a forming part and a first and a second catching parts 40a and 40b for collecting the filamentous paste, catches the filamentous paste from the first forming part and reduces its amount by lateral movement of the first catching part and throws approximately the same amount of the filamentous paste as the reduced amount by lateral movement of the second catching part into the boiling tank to stop release of the filamentous paste of the first forming part and to change the forming perforated plate while maintaining the amount of the filamentous paste approximately in a fixed amount.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
