MANUFACTURING METHOD AND MACHINE FOR ZIPPER-FASTENER SLIDER, AND ZIPPER-FASTENER SLIDER

PURPOSE: To offer a manufacturing method for a zipper-fastener slider with a pull in a single injection process. ;CONSTITUTION: An opening which is made under the bow part 4 of the slider- body 3 to fix a pull 2 is formed by four movable molding cores. These molding cores are removed into the molding before the injection of materials and retreated again to take out a completed zipper slider 1 from the molding. It is possible to install a lock cam 10 which prevents the movement of the zipper slider 1 by projecting itself into the gap between tow zipper-links when the machine is in an inactive position. By pulling the pull 2, the lock cam 10 is removed from an intermediate space, and the zipper slider 1 is released.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
