PURPOSE: To make magnetic saturation of a magnetic body surrounding a coil difficult even if overcurrent is fed thereto. ;CONSTITUTION: The multilayer ceramic magnetic component comprises one or a plurality of coils embedded in a ceramic laminate and outer terminals 3, 4, 5, 6, wherein a low permeability layer covers the periphery of coil conductor and between the coils whereas a high permeability layer covers other parts and a groove 11 reaching the low permeability layer is made perpendicularly to the coil axis in the high permeability layer.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
