PURPOSE: To obtain a cast slab having high quality by preventing the slippage of drawing-out rolls with respect to the cast slab in continuous casting equipment. ;CONSTITUTION: A slippage monitor means 27 extracts a prescribed signal from a driving control means 10 which can individually control the rotating speed of each drawing roll 7a to monitor the presence of slippage.
