PURPOSE: To enable a hemming work in a single process of a press. ;CONSTITUTION: A material 17 combined with an outer side material 17A and an inner side material 17B is clamped with a material receiver 18 and a material holder 12 by lowering a lower die. Further, when an upper die is lowered, a top end part 17A' of the outer side material is bent by 45° by pressing a bending punch 15 which serves also as a driven cam to a left direction with a driving cam 14. Further, when the upper die is lowered, the material receiver 18 is lowered until the receiver 18 is abutted on a lower die base 20, and a bending die 21 serving also as the driven cam is retreated to a left direction by being driven with a bending punch 23 which serves also as a driving cam. Then, the top end part 17A' of the inner side material is further bent and folded with an upper end of the bending punch 23, and the hemming is completed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
