PURPOSE:To make simultaneously analysis of H2, O2, H2O2 contained in the reactor water of a nuclear reactor in the system by providing an electrolytic cell having a working electrode, counter electrode and reference electrode. CONSTITUTION:The three electrodes 3 to 5 of the electrolytic cell provided with the working electrode 4, the counter electrode 3 and the reference electrode 5 are first brought into contact with a soln. contg. the plural chemical species to be analyzed. Voltage-time waveform signals which are different from each other in the number corresponding to the kinds of the chemical species to be analyzed are then impressed by a potentiostat 15 to the electrolytic cell to electrolyze the soln. The threshold current value or peak current value determined by the kind of voltammetry is determined from the electrolytic current by the electrolysis stage and the potential at which the electrolytic current is obtd. in a current value determining section. The concn. of the plural chemical species to be analyzed is computed in accordance with the threshold current value or the peak current value in a CPU 16. The H2, O2, H2O2 contained in the reactor water of the nuclear reactor are simultaneously measured within the system in this way.
