PURPOSE:To provide an inner addition mold release agent mainly composed of an alkyl phosphate amine salt prepared by neutralizing the reaction product of an phenol and phosphoric anhydride with an amine, giving excellent heat resistance and mold releasing property to molded products, giving a repeated usability to molds and useful for phenolic resins. CONSTITUTION:A mold release agent mainly comprising an alkali phosphate amine salt prepared by neutralizing the reaction product of an 6-24C alcohol having an iodine value of 30-150 (e.g. dodecanol or n-hexyl alcohol) and phosphoric anhydride with an amine (e.g. triethylamine). The mold release agent is compounded with a phenolic resin in an amount of 0.1-5wt.%, preferably 0.1-2wt.%.
