PURPOSE: To execute V-shape working with excellent finished quality by press-bending a work while allowing the work to follow the motion of a moving die at the time of pressing the work mounted on the moving die member through a prescribed punch. ;CONSTITUTION: Resilient elements 7 are attached inside hollow parts 6 provided on both end parts of a base plate die 2, and movable die members 5 are connected freely movably upward and downward. Two sheets of movable die members 5 are arranged on the base plate die 2 having V groove 3, a bar body 4 having circular cross-section is fixed on the bottom of the V groove of the base plate die 2 in the longitudinal direction. Supporting parts 9 provided with eccentric cams 8 installed on both end parts of the movable die members 5 support hollow part walls of both end parts of the base plate die 2. Regulating metal tools 11 which is provided with cam surfaces 10 corresponding to the eccentric cams 8 of the supporting parts inside are attached in adjustable. The supporting parts of two movable die members 5 are resiliently supported by the elements 7 attached inside the hollow parts 6. At the time of pressing a work mounted on the central part in the longitudinal direction of the movable die members 5 by a punch, bend working is executed while allowing the work to follow the motion of the movable die members 5.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
