PURPOSE:To obtain a product with diversified colors, being full of variety and giving tasteful feeling by making into cotton yarns and cotton cloths, etc. through springing and weaving process with fore-going dyeing within the first half of spinning following picking cotton fibers. CONSTITUTION:Cotton fiber is opened, picked and dyed. The resultant fiber is blended with plural kinds of cotton fiber differing in color from one another in the fiber mixing process, and the resulting mixed fiber is made into sliver through the carding process, followed by putting the sliver to roving, fine spinning and weaving processes, thus obtaining the objective tasteful product with full of multi-colored variations.
