METHOD FOR SUBLIMATION TRANSFER PRINTING OF CELLULOSE OR CELULOSE MIXED SPINNING YARN FABRIC

PURPOSE: To prevent migration of a dyed subliming dye from the surface to the outside by swelling a cellulose fabric base, dyeing the fabric base by sublimation transfer method, sealing and fixing the dyed subliming dye in the interior of the fabric base. ;CONSTITUTION: A fabric base 1 undyeable with a subliming dye is swollen with a swelling agent to form a swollen surface layer part 2. A sublimation transfer paper 13 is superimposed on the surface of the fabric base 1, heated and the fabric base 1 is dyed by a sublimation transfer method to form a dyed part 3. Successively the surface of the fabric base 1 is coated with a synthetic resin resistance 4 dyeable with a disperse, heated and dried to seal and fix dye particles 12a dyed on the fabric base 1 in the interior of the fabric base 1.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
