FLAME RETARDANT PROCESSING AGENT, FLAME RETARDANT POLYESTER FIBER AND PRODUCTION OF FLAME RETARDANT POLYESTER FIBER

PURPOSE: To obtain a flame-retardant processing agent without causing the bleedout of a dye due to its insolubility in water and high affinity for fiber and capable of simultaneously carrying out the dyeing and flame retarding by dispersing a polyphosphonic acid amide-based compound having a specific structure in water. ;CONSTITUTION: This processing agent is obtained by dispersing a polyphosphonic acid amide-based compound expressed by the formula (R₁ is an aryl or an aralkyl; R₂ is H, an aryl or an alkyl; R₃ is an arylene or an alkylene; n is 1-6) in water. The processing agent is preferably prepared by mixing and stirring 100 pts.wt. compound expressed by the formula with 1-20 pts.wt. dispersant such as a ligninsulfonate and 40-60 pts.wt. water, dispersing the compound until the fluidity is mainfested and then carrying out the pulverizing and dispersing treatments of the resultant dispersion in a glass bead pulverizer for ≥16hr.
