FRP-REINFORCED CONCRETE STRUCTURE AND MANUFACTURE THEREOF

PURPOSE: To improve a reinforcing effect, and to enhance workability by fixing a reinforcing fiber material extending over a concrete structure and a material for fixing mounted on the concrete structure and impregnating the reinforcing fiber material with a matrix resin and curing the matrix resin. ;CONSTITUTION: Materials 4, 4 for fixing are installed onto a concrete structure 2, and a reinforcing fiber material is positioned and disposed extending over the surfaces of the materials 4 for fixing and the concrete structure 2. The reinforcing fiber material is fastened onto the materials 4 for fixing by metal clasps 6, 6. The reinforcing fiber material is impregnated with a room- temperature curing type matrix resin, and the matrix resin is cured. The process is repeated as required, and FRP 5, 5 layers having laminated constitution are formed. Accordingly, the slipping-off of the reinforcing fiber material can be prevented at the time of resin impregnation work to the reinforcing fiber material.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
