PURPOSE: To provide the method for efficiently eliminating or reducing an organochlorine compound of a trace amount from dust containing exhaust gas. ;CONSTITUTION: By using an active coke moving layer and adjusting an active coke descending speed of the active coke moving layer, a volume dust load amount is controlled, and an organochlorine compound of a trace amount in dust containing gas is eliminated or reduced.
