PURPOSE:To prevent the displacement of position by a method in which precast concrete blocks into which basic reinforcing bars, columnar reinforcing bars, and underground bracings, together with anchor bolts, are driven are set on a leveling concrete already positioned. CONSTITUTION:Precast concrete blocks 4 into which basic reinforcing bars, columnar reinforcing bars, anchor bolts, and underground bracings are driven, having a box form, are produced in factory. As positioning progresses on a leveling concrete 7, the blocks 4 are installed and joined with the underground bracings 6 for assembling the underground bracing, and foundation concrete is placed to the height of dotted line A. Columnar steelworks are dropped into the anchor bolts of the block 4 and clamped with nuts to assemble the steelworks and reinforcing bars for the solumns. The quality and accuracy of the precast concrete block structure can thus be raised and the displacement of position on site can be avoided.
