REGULATING EQUIPMENT OF POSITION OF ROLLER OF ROTARY KILN AND REGULATING METHOD OF POSITION OF ROLLER USING THE EQUIPMENT

PURPOSE: To regulate a roller correctly and maintain an operation efficiency to be high at all times by a method wherein a thrust-in position of a cylinder device thrusting in and supporting an intermediate bed is controlled on the basis of signals of detection by a push-out force detector and a thrust force detector. ;CONSTITUTION: Push-out force detectors 10a to 13a detecting push-out forces toward the outside in the direction A of the action to which left and right rollers 4 and 5 are subjected are provided between rise parts 15a of intermediate beds 15 of which the positions can be regulated in the lateral direction A and lateral and longitudinal bearings 10 to 13, while thrust force detectors 10b to 13b detecting thrust forces in the longitudinal direction B to which the left and right rollers 4 and 5 are subjected are provided between rise parts 15b in the longitudinal direction B and the bearings 10 to 13. Cylinder devices 10c to 13c thrusting in and supporting the intermediate beds 15 are provided on a bed 18. A control device 17 receiving signals from the push-out force detectors 10a to 13a and the thrust force detectors 10b to 13b and controlling thrust-in positions of the cylinder devices 10c to 13c are provided.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
