PURPOSE: To improve the efficiency and safety of the roofing work by providing waterproof sheathing roof boards with corrugated sheets on rafters of the skeleton, fitting face plates on the waterproof sheathing roof boards to form a heat insulating layer, and setting air to the communicating state with this heat insulating layer. ;CONSTITUTION: Waterproof sheathing roof boards 3 are formed with corrugated sheets 2 on rafters 1-1 constituting the skeleton 1 of a building B. The corrugated sheets 2 are fixed to the wooden rafters 1-1 together with face plates 4, and the corrugated sheets 2 concurrently serve as the sheathing roof boards 3 and the rafters 1-1 to reinforce the scaffold when corrugated sections are horizontal. When the corrugated sections are vertical, the corrugated sheets 2 are directly fitted to purlins 1-2 of the skeleton 1, and the corrugated sheets 2 concurrently serves as the waterproof sheathing roof boards 3 and the rafters 1-1. The waterproof sheathing roof boards 3 are used as the scaffold to fit the face plates 4 on the sheathing roof boards 3, and a heat insulating layer 5 of the communicative air and a heat insulating layer 5 of a noncommunicative air layer are formed in the whole area below the face plates 4.
