PATHOGENIC FACTOR DETECTING MATERIAL AND PATHOGENIC FACTOR DETECTING METHOD USING IT

PURPOSE: To simultaneously detect pathogenic factors by preparing molded high polymer bodies on each of which an antibody is immobilized by a covalent bond through an acid anhydride group against one kind of pathogenic factor and detecting pathogenic factors contained in a specimen through an antigen- antibody reaction by using a pathogenic factor detecting material obtained by combining the molded high polymer bodies. ;CONSTITUTION: Molded high polymer bodies 3, 4, and 5 on which antibodies are immobilized are combined with a substrate 1 so that a plurality of pathogenic factors can be simultaneously discriminated and detected. A pathogenic factor detecting material is formed by bonding or inserting the bodies 3, 4, and 5 to or into the end section of the substrate 1 at a plurality of locations. When an antibody containing a marker enzyme is used after the bodies 3, 4, and 5 are made to react to the specimen by holding the detecting material by its stick section 2, a plurality of kinds of pathogenic factors can be discriminated and detected.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
