PURPOSE: To provide a cooler having no corrosion at a heat generator of an electric apparatus with moisture, oxygen in organic refrigerant, a liquid quality managing system of organic refrigerant used therefor and its detector. ;CONSTITUTION: A cooler for an electric apparatus to cool a heat generator 1 of the apparatus by using organic refrigerant 6 seals the refrigerant in a closed circulating system including a dipping tank 2, a reservation tank 7, etc., circulates it by a pump 8, disposes the generator 1 in a dipping tank 2, and cools it by directly bringing it into direct contact with the refrigerant. A condenser 10 for returning the refrigerant of vapor phase evaporated by the generator 1 is provided in its circulating route. Further, a moisture absorber 11 for removing moisture and a deoxidizer 12 for removing oxygen are provided together with a refuse removing filter 9 for removing refuse in the refrigerant in the system, and a liquid quality managing system having a humidity sensor 13 and an oxygen sensor 14 to always monitor moisture and oxygen in the refrigerant is provided.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
