摘要

PURPOSE:To lower an electric resistance value and to improve high-frequency heating efficiency by cooling the contact surfaces on the coaxial shaft side for power feeding to a high-frequency heating coil and the high-frequency heating coil side. CONSTITUTION:The high-frequency heating coil 100 is constituted by connecting a first output terminal 310 and second output terminal 320 of a secondary coil of a current transformer by the coaxial pipe 200 for power feeding to the high-frequency heating coil having an outer conductor 210 and an inner conductor 220 disposed in an insulated state from this outer conductor 210 at the inside of the outer conductor 210. The constitution described above includes a first power feeding conductor 110 provided with a first cooling liquid flow passage 130 communicating with an outer cooling liquid flow passage 211 of the outer conductor 210 and a second power feeding conductor 120 provided with a second cooling liquid flow passage 140 communicating with the inner cooling liquid flow passage 221 of the inner conductor 220. The coil side contact surface 111 of the first power feeding conductor 110 in contact with the coaxial pipe side contact surface 212 of the outer conductor 210 is provided with a coil side cooling slit 111A communicating with the outer cooling liquid flow passage 211.
