PURPOSE: To facilitate the rearrangement of an indoor floor or maintenance work by loading a floor board on a base mount where a top member and joint boards are laid out on a plurality of leg members at a specified position. ;CONSTITUTION: An adhesive is applied under leg members 4 so as to stabilize and a top member 5 is loaded on the leg. A joint board 7 is inserted and erected, thereby finishing an independent base mount 3. The four corners of the floor material are loaded on the independent base mount 3 and a wall side base mount 23 and a corner base mount 33 respectively. Under this condition, a differential level of a reference string is read, thereby adjusting the floor level by placing in a flick adjustment board 6 between the floor material and the top member 5. An adhesive is applied between the underlayer 1b and the leg member 4 excluding those areas where they are fixedly mounted. They are pressed down with the weight of the floor material, and the floor materials are joined with each other and installed, thereby dispensing with the use of the adhesive basically. After the execution of laying out of the floor materials, a joint material is filled up. Since the floor materials are mounted only in a loaded state, it is easy to remove the floor materials.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
