JOINT STRUCTURE OF BUILDING CONSTITUENT IN INDUSTRIALIZED BUILDING

摘要

PURPOSE: To dispense with the diagonal cutting of joint ends and use members in common so as to accurately be able to joint backing material at a specified angle with accuracy and stable quality at the time or jointing building constituents to each other at a diagonal angle. ;CONSTITUTION: A joint member 10 used to diagonally joint each backing material 7 with a joint end part 4 cut at a right angle is constituted of a pair of joint face parts 11 formed into approximately semicircular shape with a specified radius, and a bottom face part for connecting these joint face parts 11. The joint end parts 4 are brought into contact in such a way as to hold a protruding piece 13, provided at the bottom face part by cut-and-raise working, in between. The backing material 7 is oscillated around this protruding piece 13 as a fulcrum and jointed by welding (6) in the state of the joint angle being set by the angle graduation 14 of the joint face part 11.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
