ROOF PANEL JOINT BODY FOR INDUSTRIALIZED BUILDING AND ROOF CONSTRUCTION METHOD

PURPOSE: To make construction work simple and efficient by disposing a roof panel joint body, formed of a joint member and two roof panels jointed while forming the corner ridge of a roof at the mutual joint parts, at the upper part of the corner part of a building body. ;CONSTITUTION: In a factory, one ends of two channel steels are respectively jointed to both ends of an angle member, while the other ends are jointed to each other, and a sheathing roof board and a waterproof sheet are fitted to manufacture a roof panel 6. A joint member 7 and both end parts of each angle member of the panel 6 are fillet-welded to manufacture a roof panel joint body 4. Plural roof panels 5, roof panel joint bodies 4 and building units 2 manufactured in the factory are transported to a construction site by a vehicle. The building units 2 are combined at the construction site to construct an industrialized building body 3. The joint bodies 4 are disposed at the corner parts, and the panels 5 are disposed at the parts other than the corner parts. The joint bodies 4 and the panels 5 are then fixed to the building body 3 through upper and lower fittings 15, 16. Jointing between the joint bodies 4 and panels 5 and between the panels s is performed, and a waterproof sheet is attached to each joint to fit roofing material and a ridge cover.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
