PURPOSE: To realize the saving of labor and improvement of efficiency in the preparation of a treating liquid, the suppression of the loss accompanying to the preparation of the treating liquid, the stabilization of the properties of the treating liquid and the improvement of the product quality by enabling the direct throwing of treating powder into a cloth-treating machine. ;CONSTITUTION: A cloth-treating powder agent is thrown as it is or in a state packed in a soluble sack through a charging port 2 into a cloth-treating machine at the part generating turbulent flow or vortex flow of a solvent liquid flowing in the machine. The treating powder agent is quickly dispersed or dissolved in the solvent liquid by skillfully taking advantage of the flowing agitation action of the liquid. The process can be carried out without necessitating a dissolution tank and a liquid formulation stirrer for the preparation of the treating liquid to reduce the space in the plant and save the transportation work of the treating liquid and, furthermore, various merits are attained by this process such as the reduction of production steps, quickening of the treating liquid preparation work and the stabilization of the treating liquid quality.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
