AIRCRAFT CONTROL AND AUTHORITY TRANSFER SYSTEM FOR OCEAN AIRSPACE

PURPOSE: To provide the aircraft control and authority transfer system for ocean airspace for improving accuracy to grasp a navigating position and for surely executing a control authority transfer job by possessing the navigating position information of an aircraft to navigate in an ocean airspace in real time. ;CONSTITUTION: An aircraft control authority transfer system 100 is provided with an aircraft 110 mounting a position detector 111 and a position information reporting device 112 as navigating devices, satellite communication lines 115 and 125 for repeating navigating position information through a communication satellite 120, and communication lines 135 and 136 for transmitting the navigating position information from a communication satellite earth station 130 to control systems 140 and 150. The navigating position information is respectively processed into visible information by computers 141 and 151, and control authority transfer information is processed into visible information by the control system 140 which makes the navigating position information visible and displays it on CRT screens 142 and 152, communication line 145 for transmitting the control authority transfer information, and the computer 151, and that information is visibly displayed on the CRT screen 152.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
