PURPOSE: To provide a resistance bridge circuit equipped with a temp. compensation circuit capable of independently performing the suppression of a temp. drift and the reduction of the degree of the curve of a temp. characteristic curve. ;CONSTITUTION: The characteristic to the temp. change of the voltage Va corresponding to the output signal of a detection part 1 is adjusted by a temp. compensation resistor 6. Further, the fluctuation part to the temp. remaining in the voltage Va corresponding to the output signal of a detection part 1 is removed by the voltage signal added to the voltage Va by a temp. compensation circuit 3 outputting the change of the resistance value to the temp. change of a piezoelectric resistance element 14b having characteristics almost same to those of the piezoelectric resistance elements 4a-4d of the detection part 1 as a voltage signal.
