METHOD OF TREATMENT CONSTRUCTION OF VERTICAL JOINTING SURFACE OF SUCCESSIVE POUR OF REINFORCED-CONCRETE CONSTRUCTED WALL

PURPOSE: To eliminate the need for the execution of works of a large quantity of reinforcing bars to a wire gauze, and to improve the filling properties of precedently placed concrete to the vertical jointing surface section of successive pours by reinforcing the wire gauze by a frame body, in which steel rods are combined, while densifying the joints of the wire gauze and increasing strength as the whole wire gauze. ;CONSTITUTION: Jointers 4, 4 displaying the boundary surface of the jointing of successive pours are installed vertically to wall forms on both surfaces previously. Frame bodies 1 are fitted successively among the jointers 4, 4 and upper and lower wall reinforcements 5, 5 from the side, the upper steel rods 2A and lower steel rods 2B of the frame bodies 1 are bound with the wall reinforcements 5, and the end sections of wire gauzes 3 having dense meshes are fixed to the jointers 4. Consequently, the vertical surfaces of the wire gauzes 3 are formed to the whole vertical surface along the jointers 4, 4. The upper steel rods 2A and the lower steel rods 2B function as the spacers and separators of the wall forms in combination by successively inserting the frame bodies 1. The wire gauzes are installed additionally to sections 7, on which no gauze is mounted, at the upper and lower ends of the wall forms. Accordingly, no defect is generated in concrete in the jointing sections of successive pours.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
