PURPOSE: To make it possible to easily take out and collect a casing and an auger screw or a rotary support shaft while preventing the in-flow of water or earth and sand from a, launching shaft side even when excavation is obstructed or held back. ;CONSTITUTION: In a small-sized pipe jacking layout device 10, which adds a pipeline 20 one after another while excavating a subsoil 12 by rotating an auger screw 19 with an excavating jacking machine 11 installed in a launching shaft, a projection unit 25 is formed on a peripheral surface of a cylinder-shaped fitting unit 24 formed on one end of a casing 18. When the cylinder-shaped fitting unit 24 is inserted and fitted into the end of a lead pipe 15, the projected unit 25 is axially jacked into an L-shaped notched part 26 formed on the end of the lead pipe 15 and then engaged therewith in the peripheral direction and connected so that it may be possible to separate by handling only from the launching shaft side 13.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
