PURPOSE: To facilitate the installation and demounting between a cover body and a stopper arm, by forming a hook hole shaped cut part in a specific direction for the fitting and pivotal- installation of an installation shaft having a calyx-shaped projection fixed on the stopper arm, on a plate-shaped receiving piece on the reverse surface of the cover body. ;CONSTITUTION: A plate-shaped receiving piece 13 is installed in projection on the reverse surface of a cover body 3 which is screwingly installed on a container body 2 by a hinge 4, and a hook hole shaped shaft hole 14 consisting of a center hole 15 and a cut part 16 is formed. Further, an installation shaft 8 having the length corresponding to the thickness of the plate-shaped receiving piece 13 is projectingly installed at the upper end part of a stopper arm 6, and the calyx-shaped projections 9A and 9B are fixed in crossing direction with the axis center at the top end part. At this time, in the nonturning region deflected from the turning region for the plate-shaped receiving piece 13 of the stopper arm 6, the calyx-shaped projections 9A and 9B of the installation shaft 8 and the cut part 16 of the hook hole shaped shaft hole 14 are arranged so as to coincide with each other. Further, a cut part 11 and an upwardly set hook 10 are formed at the lower end part of the stopper arm 6, and slip-off is prevented and the cover opening quantity is regulated.
