REMOTE LIBRARY SYSTEM FOR PURCHASED ELECTRONIC BOOK DATA

摘要

PURPOSE: To see electronic book data once purchased by a user at all times without severally keeping them in an external storage medium like FD by the user. ;CONSTITUTION: Data are transferred from an electronic book data supply center 1 to an electronic book data selling machine 2 and an electronic book 3 through the various kinds of communication means. The catalog of the electronic book data purchased by the user in the past is recorded for each user and when the user desires to see the electronic book data purchased in the past once again, selection is made from the recorded purchased electronic book data catalog of the user. The selected purchased electronic book data are extracted from the electronic book data library of the supply center 1 and transferred to the electronic book memory of the user.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
