PURPOSE: To provide an office waste paper treating machine capable of crushing office waste paper without damaging the constituent fibers. ;CONSTITUTION: The treating machine 1 is equipped with (A) a tank 2 with waste paper and water reserved therein and rotated, (B) a rotor 3 with edged tools set in this tank and promoting mixing the waste paper with water through rotation while tearing apart the constituent fibers, and (C) a means 6 for discharging the resultant torn waste paper containing water out of the tank 2.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO
