PURPOSE: To obtain the title system capable of moving over a wide range the fitting positions for hooks for wire check by radially, mutually linking concentrically provided inner and outer frames through supports in rows and by movably engaging fixtures along the rails on the supports. ;CONSTITUTION: Inner and outer frames 2, 3 are mutually linked through supports 5 in rows, and a metallic fixture 6 is movably engaged with a rail on each of the supports. The rootstock of a tree is put on the inner frame, the metallic fixture is then moved just under the outer periphery of the rootstock, and a wire is latched at the check hole of the fixture and hooked on the rootstock.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
